Worth knowing

  • The 24/25 national core team numbered 12 people, covering NORP, deputy NORP, two secretaries, project directors, PR graphic and content roles, and a finance officer.
  • RE: ACT staffed 16 people across two divisions (External Affairs and Internal Affairs) in roles including project directors, secretary, PR admin, graphic designers, welfare, and six creative activity designers.
  • RE: ACT's staff was drawn from both universities and high schools, so the project put school students on its organising team alongside medical students.
  • The SexEd Roadshow was scoped for around 100 Grade 11 students on a budget of roughly 8,000 baht, and included a dedicated Data Analyst role tasked with building KPI and OKR measurement tools and feedback instruments to improve the next edition.
  • SCORP works to a fixed annual awareness calendar: International Day for Disaster Risk Reduction (13 October), Human Rights Day (10 December), International Women's Day (8 March), World Day for Safety and Health (28 April), World Press Freedom Day (3 May), Pride Month and World Refugee Day (20 June), and International Day of Peace (21 September).
  • The PR core team's standing output requirement is at least one referenced content piece per month and at least ten posts across the term.
