External Affairs

In the External Affairs, We aim to gather voices from medical students and encourage these voices to be heard nationally in various forms. Whether it's expressing opinions on different stages or advocating for policy changes that impact youth in society, we strive to be a bridge of opportunities for the younger generation to participate in various platforms provided by external organizations.

What we do?

We, as representatives, provide opportunities for medical students to participate in conferences and various activities to promote learning and create positive changes. Some of the conferences we have participated in include:

  • A policy development platform emphasizing participation from various network organizations, organized by the National Health Commission Office (NHCO). Our association has representatives voicing opinions on health policy issues annually.

  • An academic conference presenting research work by medical students nationwide, organized by Phramongkutklao College of Medicine.

  • An international annual conference organized by the Prince Mahidol Award Foundation to promote the prestige of the Prince Mahidol Award globally and establish Thailand as a center of excellence in medical and public health.

  • An annual activity organized by our association to promote policy problem-solving skills for medical students. In collaboration with the National Health Commission Office, the event includes various interesting parts such as workshops, keynote sessions, and a crucial policy presentation competition covering various healthcare issues.
